Sách chia ra 3 phần: Trung chi Cửu long ca- Tả chi Cửu long ca- Hữu chi Cửu long ca, nói về các mạch đất tốt ở An Nam, nơi nào là quý địa phát mạch, nơi nào là đất xấu sinh họa tai.
