Cuối bài Tựa (Thống Hội đại tộc thạch phả tự văn , 2b) của Hi Liễu Sỉ Trai là Đỗ Quýnh làm Tri phủ Khoái Châu ghi vắn tắt: Tập này là do thân phụ tôi là Đỗ Viêm làm Đốc học tỉnh Ninh Bình gia hàm Hàn lâm viện Thị giảng học sĩ sưu tầm khảo hiệu các tư liệu mà thành. Hoàng triều Thiệu Trị năm thứ 5 (1845), tháng Ba ngày tốt. Con là Đỗ Quýnh Tri phủ Khoái Châu kính cẩn viết tựa."
