Note: Trên những tờ giấy cũ một mặt, chép bức thư lời lẽ thống thiết như viết bằng máu của Phan Bội Châu từ Nhật Bản gửi tới đồng bào trong nước, lột trần chính sách thâm độc của giặc Pháp, lên a ́n nạn sưu cao thuế nặng, chế độ giáo dục nhồi sọ của thực dân Pháp ở Việt Nam. Bức thư do Lê Đại dịch, cũng với ngôn từ rất kích thiết như có đoạn: "Gió tanh xông mũi khó ưa, kiếm sao cắp nách mà ngơ cho đành. Hòn máu uất chất quanh đầy ruột, anh em ơi xin tuốt gươm ra! Có trời có đất có ta, đồng tâm thế ấy mới là đồng tâm."
